^^ Yeah Zimmer and Arians are both good coaches. There's no way that the Packers could get by Arians. They couldn't even beat him when he filled in for Chuck Pagano in Indianapolis.

John. Since Jim is now coaching college.

Some facts on John.
He owns the second-most playoff victories (10, tied with George Seifert) by a head coach in his first eight seasons (since the 1970 merger). (Joe Gibbs is first with 11.)

He has led the Ravens to 90 wins (including playoffs) since his tenure began in 2008, second most in the NFL over that span.
