I'm not counting it as a loss. I counted the last as a tie (even though I forgot to write it) and I am counting this one as a tie. The NFL does, so that is good enough for me.
For those counting the tie as a LOSS, why not just count it as a WIN? In reality, it's neither.
The game should just be thrown out as though it was never played.
There should be no such thing as a tie in the NFL. If no one scores during an OT period, they should have a kickers duel with the ball being booted from the 40 yard line (like a 50yd FG). Each kicker should get one try and then the next to make it wins the game for their team. This would allow a kicker to find some redemption, because it seems when games end in a tie, it was because of a missed FG or extra point somewhere in the game.

My rationale is I am scoring my own predicted outcomes. I didn't predict a tie so I'm scoring the game as a loss for myself.
I'm with you all the way on the ties, though. The league needs to change this. Of all the things they emphasize every off season you'd think they'd come up with a way to ensure no game will ever end in a tie. How hard would it be to move to something similar to college OT rules?
I picked one team to win (Bengals) and one team to lose (Redskins). Since that was not the outcome, I predicted incorrectly therefore my pick counts as a loss.
As for overtime, they should play one overtime period as it currently is. If the game is tied at the end of that one overtime period, each team then starts another over time period on the defenses 25 yard line. Each team gets a chance to score a touchdown. If the game is tied after that, the next touchdown wins.
I apologize for not getting power rankings. Very hectic week. I also forgot to say "A Super Bowl Rematch"
I would apologize for my lousy picks but you probably expect that already .
