I'm not too surprised. You have two teams who have not been in the World Series in years, and this could have been the final game of the series. It's kind of an historic thing (although I'm not a baseball fan have not watched any of the series.)
I'm not surprised either. A 3-1 series deficit hardly means it's over...plus as mentioned, you have two teams that have been not been there in a long time. A championship game should always have better ratings.
Not really a shock. The Chicago Cubs are in the World Series which means people want to watch, even casual fans. If this were any other NL team playing the Indians, SNF would have won.
I'm surprised that anyone else would be surprised that a possible final WS game should not be more watched than a regular season nfl game...baseball must be worse off than I thought
No surprise being u have two fanbases who are really wanting to win the world series and haven't been in a while.
I think NFL ratings are down for various reasons.....the lack of quality play overall that's on the field, the kneeling and the protest of the Anthem and everything that's associated with that, and teams who keep having bad years despite them yearly getting top draft picks like the Jaguars. I really thought they and some others would turn things around even just a little.

And teams like the Browns who allowed the Eagles to get Wentz
