So now I'm 7-5 as I wouldn't take the Cats 'Fins. Still in shock over those Packers, made worse listening to McCarthy say the same old things, just a different week.

Yup Susan, that's why, imo, you only go for 2 when you really need too....i.e under 5 minutes to go in the 4th when you may not get another possession....or are down 10 after the touchdown to get you to 8, etc. Ravens lost earlier this year because Harbaugh decided to chase points, i.e. go for 2 in the 3rd quarter and they ultimately ended up losing by 1. I think there might have been another game later on when they went for 2 in the 3rd or really early in the 4th, failed, and then ended the game stuck on the opponents 20 or 25 yard line well within Tucker's range for a game-tying field goal, except they needed a touchdown because they were down 4 because they went for 2; if they had taken the free PAT they would've been in OT.

Compared to how some other people have done I should be thankful I'm ONLY 8-4 with the Pats & Giants left .

Not sure who committed the facemask penalty for Pittsburgh, but that guy really blew it. There were about 20 seconds left, Dallas was going to have to use it's final timeout, and they were gonna be right around midfield. Would've been pretty tough to even get a 50 yard field goal from Baily with that scenario.

I'm very impressed with the Preskot this year. I am not impressed with the Packers this year. Any thoughts with the Packers?

6-6 so far. Once more, it was a tough week to pick. And then I made a couple bone-head picks... like the Bears, Susan. I just had this feeling that with Cutler back they might do better.

Loved, loved, loved the Bronco-Saints game! I really didn't think the Broncos could pull that off; picked them only as a homer.

Go Seahawks! (even though I picked the Pats)

Jonathan, my thoughts are they have internal issues, players have issues with each other, how do they fix it? I know they have a young team, rookies playing but they have talent and shouldn't be playing this badly.

Maybe the Packers should continue to relax.

I dont understand the Packers lack of preparation at the running back position. RBs take a pounding, so why only carry two and a fullback? Or am I missing something? They did only carry two, correct? That to mean was really pretty dumb...

The thing is, the Packers defense could not stop Tennessee's offense or get them off the field. The muffed punt really hurt the Packers.
