Like they said at the beginning of the game, you are watching the top two: Prescott and Elliott. It was a good game and both teams were good. First time it was 1 point, and this time 3 points. Not like it was 38-10.

Top 2 what? Rookies?
I'll give you that....
Top quarterback and running back?
There are a dozen QB's I'd take before dak and David Johnson and Leveon Bell are better rb's
Not even close
It doesn't matter how dak responds next week. After these last 2 games he is out of the MVP conversation which he was barely "in" to begin with
Costly loss to Giants where he looked very much like a rookie
MVP????
He may not be starting next week
He is out of the MVP race if he was ever in it....
you're suggesting he will be benched for Romo?
If he was ever in it??? Of course he was. Both Dak and Carr have taken hits this week.
Could Brady win it? Yes. My thoughts before were no because of the 12 game season. Carr probably over took the lead since I posted this thread. His last game was a stinker but he did some pretty amazing things in weeks 12 and 13 to where I thought Carr was the clear favorite going into week 14.

Romo will only start this season if Dak is injured.
I would say Rodgers and Stafford are now firmly in the MVP race.
Rodgers is still on the outs until he can get his team to the playoffs. No playoffs=no shot unless you are having an unbelievable year which of course he is not. They are currently in the 9th seed.
Stafford had a bad game but he did make the plays when it counted to get the win today. Very good team record and nice overall stats. Yes, he's clearly in the conversation. Also have to revisit Matt Ryan if the Falcons can win out and he continues to put up big numbers. But with five losses already I'm not sure he can afford another loss. But his stats are as good as anyone so he's definitely in the conversation.
