My biggest impression from the game... FAR TOO MANY COMMERCIALS.

I think I've lost 3 Thursday night games all season and 2 losses have involved New York teams playing . I know for a fact I picked Denver over Carolina week 1 (won), Bills over Jets week 2 (lost), and here in week 16 Giants over Eagles (lost). I think my only other Thursday night loss was a Titans/Jags game back in October, but aside from those 3 I believe I've correctly picked all Thursday night games correctly, including the 3 on Thanksgiving.

Yup, that's why I watch Redzone on Sunday. I remember a sequence in the 3rd or 4th quarter where the Eagles called a timeout to debate challenging a ruling, so they had a commercial break for the timeout, as soon as coverage came back the Eagles challenged the play, so we get ANOTHER break, than I think the play they challenged was a yardage spot on a 3rd down completion, so 1 play later we got yet ANOTHER commercial break when the Giants turned it over on downs. 7 minutes of real time: 30 seconds of "game" action (including the huddle) and 6:30 of commercials. Ridiculous!

^^ a way to speed up the games would be for the NFL to stop being so damn greedy and cut out some of these commercial slots. There are way way too many, especially in prime time games.

Wow! Did not see that coming!

Wentz looked excellent in comparison to Eli last night. Manning seemed to be in a semi-coma, or the Eagles made him look that way. I begin Week 16 with an 0-1 blemish!

Oh, well... life goes on...

Yep, I'm 0-1, too! Wentz looked good, Eli not so much. Eli does have a good Eli, bad Eli rep and bad Eli showed up.
