Well, this is probably the only time I will put up with this. Besides, Lions Packer rivalry is usually never aired in primetime. I don't understand why they have to air them back to back years. IMO, Packers Lions isn't as big of a rivalry in the division as it is with the Vikings and Bears. And frankly, I'm really tired of Packers playing nationally all the time, especially game of the week.

I knew that would be the game chosen to flex to sunday night because it's the brawl for it all.
^^ I figured Packers Lions would be flexed but didn't want it to. Maybe next year they won't schedule Lions Packers one of the games in primetime.
When I look at the schedule for next week there is no other game qualifies to be flexed. The closet one I would say is Skins/Giants but we don't know the outcome of Lions/Cowboys game yet so it couldn't be the one. It would have probably been the Texans vs Titans if the Titans didn't lose Mariota and the game to the Jags

You'll continue putting up with it because you have no say in the matter unless you're the NFL commissioner or a network executive.
There's no better game in Week 17 to schedule for Sunday Night Football. It's for a division championship. Can you name one game next week that would have greater national appeal?
Great, we never excel in prime time games except on Thanksgiving and even that is 50-50. I'm not superstitious but Arghhh Not happy about this development.
