Pagano in Indy has to go. And I know we are talking coaches, but the GM needs to go as well. I believe I said it somewhere in the forum before, but ever since Indy completed that comeback against KC in the playoffs the talent base has got worse each year. He MUST go.

Luck is a good QB with not much of a supporting cast. The GM is the worst, saying publicly the reason they don't have players is because of Luck's contract. The dumbest remark I've heard from a GM. Luck and the rest of their players deserve better behind the scenes people.

I think Lewis is staying put this year. He really should have been fired last year, but this year at least gives him a 1 year mulligan. Miss the playoffs/fall in the first round again next season, and he's more cooked than toast burnt in a toaster oven.

You're talking about a team that went 12-4 last season and at best will finish 6-9-1 this year.
Honestly, what Lewis is doing is probably good enough for upper management. Of course, even Lewis' rope runs thin eventually on that ship.

This isn't a Black Monday firing, but word is Gary Kubiak will resign as HC of the Broncos for health reasons. This affects the other teams in search of a HC because the Broncos are likely the crown jewel of HC vacancies this off season.

Chargers fire Mike McCoy after four seasons at helm - NFL.com

Mike McCoy fired! This is not surprising, record got worse and worse each season he was there. I think he's a good guy and a good coordinator but this is probably the right move!

This is setting up to potentially be a record setting off season for coaching openings. Right now, we have:

Los Angeles Rams, Jacksonville Jaguars, Buffalo Bills, San Diego Chargers. Denver probably opening tomorrow and whispers on a few other teams. Does anybody know what's yhe record for coaching vacancies in one season/offseason?

I was not expecting Bowles to be discharged from the Jets. Bowles should be aware the Jets need to trend upward in the 2017 season. A quick losing start could be his undoing.

McCoy should be a quick hire for any team in need of an offensive coordinator.
