Hopefully he gets released soon, he's much too young and the NFL needs him!

Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been found not guilty of murder in the 2012 shooting of two men on a Boston street.

A jury returned the verdict late Friday afternoon in Suffolk Superior Court.

Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado were shot to death as they waited at a stoplight in the early morning of July 16, 2012.

Wow, I guess his old buddy who testified against him was not a very reliable witness and the defense was able to create enough doubt as to who pulled the trigger.

He is already serving two life terms for other murders, he isn't going anywhere for at least a couple hundred years...

Yup, no way is Aaron Hernandez is getting out of prison just to get away with it. He's serving a life sentence in prison.

I am not a football fan but I think of this guy's story frequently. He essentially had a 40 million dollar lottery ticket and ripped it up! I surely thought he was going to be found guilty of these two murders also as the prosecution's story seemed realistic especially since the star witness claimed to be shot in the head by Aaron.

I think of the arrest photo with him being led away in cuffs from his mansion wearing the red shorts and the white t-shirt pulled over his torso. Did that kid realize that was the last day he would wake up as a free man? I couldn't imagine being a NFL player with a huge contract with a winning team one day and looking at life in jail the next.

If a person is living the criminal like his doing, always know their is a possibility of going to jail.
Personally I'd rather die then spend even a day in jail,i know im not made for it.

I'm too nerdy, and I like beautiful women too much

Hernandez has the same lawyer who got Casey Anthony off for murder, so there is a (remote) chance he won't spend the rest of life in prison if Baez can get his conviction thrown out. But I'm very sure no one is going to be calling him for a roster spot even if he gets off and out of prison.
