Lawyer and family apparently think there was some foul play leading to his death.....

Brian Murphy @A1Murph
Absolutely no chance he took his own life. Chico was not a saint, but my family and I loved him and he would never take his own life.

Hmmmm. Wonder if this truly was a suicide. He was found not guilty and victims have friends.
I'm starting to wonder as well, prison are VERY shady and LIE to cover themselves. They said he had a cell to himself, but something is fishy...

If his conviction is vacated it also makes him an innocent man in the eyes of the law. That has a chilling affect on any potential future civil suits filed against his estate (if there's even one left).

Dissenter's right. I have no pity for Aaron and I only have sympathy for Odin and his family as well.

So those victims friends somehow snuck into a locked prison cell, wrestled a 6 '2 245 lb former NFL player and freak athlete to get a bedsheet around his neck and hang him from the window but there were no defensive wounds or signs of struggle....guess they talked him into it....

They then escaped and somehow locked the cell from the INSIDE jamming items to keep the cell door from opening...

Yep....can totally see that happening

Couldn't stand the thought of life in prison, I guess. What a waste he was.....
At least he didn't face the death penalty in Massachusetts though.

Maybe. OJ was still found civilly liable for Ron Goldman's death (and maybe Nichole Simpson) after being declared not guilty.

Yes. Very fishy.

Who ever heard of someone doing a life sentence killing themself? Unheard of!

It makes him not guilty. It doesn't make him innocent.

The standard for a criminal prosecution is different (higher) than the standard for civil liability - reasonable doubt versus preponderance of the evidence. And since you can be civilly liable for damages without have ever committed a crime, the lack of a criminal conviction is meaningless as far as civil suits go.
