Only if the new owner decides to build a stadium himself. There is no desire to help fund a new stadium since the current one is only 15 years old. It is mainly only a dump compared to all the stadiums that have been built since then.
Wasn't the field infested with Ringworm? Or worse, Staph? From everything I've heard...that dome just never turned out right.
I don't have a source or any news...but I remember it was a rumor several years ago. Funny how good the NFL is at hushing things up. (don't know how valid a forum is...that's why I say it is still possibly just a rumor)
very interesting, though even at that, it is not really the fault of the dome. Whatever would cause such a thing in the turf would happen regardless of the structure itself.

Sounds like the media in STL needs to do a better job looking this stuff up. In Indianapolis, the media was all over a story involving mice at Lucas Oil Stadium last year.
The University of Texas would never allow an NFL team in Austin. San Antonio is where one should be placed.
