The NFL needs to stop the Thursday night games period.

I agree, the timing for these games, preparation, etc., don't think they are a good idea.

My guess is that the NFL believes they're "massively epic".

Yep. Way too few days to prepare, and way too many injuries as a result -- especially in those important head-knocker Divisional games.

I agree. But his Majesty, King Goodell, does not think so.

Nor do the owners, who actually make policy. TNF makes them more monies so it ain't going no where. Anyway, agreed - thursday games needs to go. Too many injuries and bad football.

I don't believe there has been any independent report that has managed to support any contention that injury rates are any higher on Thursdays than on Sundays, the NFL has long maintained that the injury rate is actually less on Thursdays, but then again Roger Goodell is a big fat liar. So there's that.

Yes and the color rush uniforms. They need to give each teams a full week off before they play them.

And also, get rid of the London and Mexico City games. This shows me how greedy Roger Goodell is.

And quite honestly, I am starting to find my own interest in the NFL declining as well with all these protests going on. I'm no longer an avid fan but I am just a casual fan now.
