I like the over 39 for this game. As to who wins, I am giving a slight lean to the Vikings. But tough call. I most likely see a close Minnesota win, but if the Eagles win, I suspect a blow out- I'll go Minnesota 26-24 rather than Philly 33-16.
I thought I had learned long ago that my second premonition always served me better than my first. Would have been 4-0 on my picks today.
I mentioned the fiasco when the Vikings were a road favorite in the NFC Championship game at the Giants. After a perfect start, today's game since feels like dejavu. Philly is a step faster each side of the ball, and much of that credit goes to Scott Pederson, whose play calling has left the Vikings on its heels. Foles is having the game of ANY quarterback's life. The Eagles look every bit the team they were with Wentz.
They Viking weren't favorites at New York in 2001/01
It was Giants -2.5.

Three of us bet that game at Giants +1 and another acquaintance got Minnesota at -1-1/2. That's an odd line and despite I know that site is pretty reliable, I think it's wrong. Unless there was a lot of line movement, but I don't recall that being the case.

Whoa, whoa, whoa.... Scott Peterson? That's the guy who murdered his pregnant wife years ago.
Doug Pederson.... not Scott.
