haha yeah, it would be amazing if both the Titans and Jags won. That would be something to see.

The lynch pin to the game for the Jags is Blake Bortles. If he plays to his abilities and can connect with his receivers that opens up the game for Fournette to chew up some rushing yards, keeping the offense on the field scoring some points and allowing their "D" a breather. A bunch of three and outs isn't going to cut it this time.

Fournette didn't do anything last week against a pretty bad Bills run defense. I think he ended the day with 2.7 ypc. For the season I was surprised to see he is only averaging 3.9 ypc. This game for the Jags is going to be all about Sackonville and that secondary. If the game is close it could come down to which kicker has a better night.

Exactly the point because Bortles couldn't get anything going in the passing game with 12 of 23 for 87 yards.
If Bortles and the receivers can get in sync, that would open it up for the rushing game. It's all on Bortles. If he plays anywhere close to ability the Steelers will have their hands full again.

Yup, Titans back to being what we thought they were before the 2nd half comeback at KC. A bad playoff team, the beneficiary of a lousy conference in 2017. Idiotic penalties and awful coaching. What in gods name were they doing burning their last timeout at the end of the half facing 4th-and-1, but then going for it, but running the ball without a timeout???Mularkey proving why he is on the hot seat despite a playoff win. We'll see if he gets canned or not; either way, he is awful.

Yeah but 3.9 ypc for the season is well below average. I wouldn't count on a big game from him even if Bortles has a better day. Defenses will still be keying on the run like they have been most the season.
