That would make sense but the only two other ways I see that working is the first game starting at 5:25 ET and the second game at 8:25 ET and frankly Monday night games have been bad too

I absolutely hate the week 1 MNF double header. It will usually involve and AFC West team that Iíd be interesting in watching and the West teams are always the late game. Living on the East Coast that sucks. Iím glad itís just one game a year.

I get all the gripes about TNF. I especially get the playersí objections. From a fan perspective I enjoy having NFL in the middle of the week. I didnít watch last night but I will probably watch most Thursday games throughout the season.
