This is strange when you think about it. No doubt what Tyreek Hill did as a college athlete in 2015 was worst than what Hunt did. And Hill plead guilty. Do the Chiefs care about the woman? Seems to me the only difference is Hunt supposedly lied to the Chiefs about the incident. So it’s not about the woman and the assault. If it were Hill wouldn’t be on the team either.

It's about the video, bruh. They've known about this the entire time, but couldn't get the video somer
kinda way. Without the video, Hunt is still on the team. This crystallizes the NFL's approach to domestic violence...

Funny how a multi-billion organization, with all of the resources at their disposal, is unable to gain access to a hotel security camera, but somehow TMZ is.

Exactly. NFL does not take this seriously. If I was streaming the games or used the word SuperBowl without their permission, they would spend millions of dollars and an army of lawyers to take me down. This happened in February. NFL is embarrassing themselves when they have to wait until TMZ gets the evidence before NFL acts on anything.

Exactly. Chiefs announced they released Hunt because he lied. Not because he kicked & hit a woman. Chiefs likely just wanted to take his word for it in Feb when he said he didn't do it.

Think you hit the nail on the head. Apparently hitting a woman is okay, but lying is a no-no.
I think what Hunt did is nowhere near the same league as Rice, Greg Hardy, or Josh Brown. I’d argue that the woman was just as guilty for causing that incident. But Hunt has to be smart enough to know engaging in physical contact with her will not be a good look. I don’t think he should lose his whole career over this and don’t think he will. Suspend him 4-6 games? No problem with me.
