What a pathetic organization is all I've got to say.

I just thank that Jason inadequate play is the subtlety that's pulling the team and the offense down little by little. The offense lacks consistency. Our third down conversion has been terrible the last month. No one wants to blatently come out and blame Jason because I know it's not all his fault. But I do think within the doors of Redskin park, some have to be thinking that Jason's play is a "Big Elephant In the Room" issue -- considering that Collins played so well for the team last year down the stretch. It's a fact, Todd lifted the team. And, it is a team right now that is desperately in need of another lift.

Of course, we will never definitively know unless Collins gets in -- which I doubt. This stuff is not rocket science. Sometimes people have a tendency to overthink things and get caught up on potential, where someone was drafted, physical characteristics, babying ego's, force fitting, and therefore allow themselves to be wrongly swayed. People don't want to admit they made a mistake.
Well...you could be right. But if they had a younger, healthier offensive line, would Jason not be like Mark Rypien and get the job done?

The thing is, Jason is Gibb's guy and the Gibb's shadow had not left the Redskins' organization even before he returned for a second outing. It still looms large and many are are perhaps justifiably hesitant to question his pick. That would include Snyder, who is still living down picking Jeff George over Brad Johnson.

In any case, I don't know how to react anymore to the Redskins. I have bled Burgundy and Gold since the days of George Allen and Billy and Sonny. I believe in loyalty. But how much more BS from Snyder can I tolerate? I had hoped Gibbs would, at the very least, set him straight. Snyder returned to form the minute St Joe left the building.

Snyder is only a year older than I. I honestly do not know if I can spend the next 40 -50 years dealing with his endless soap opera. I am no shrink, but I am a decent observer of people and events. I have come to the conclusion that Snyder certainly wants to win. But its secondary to his obsession with hiring and firing, paying bonuses and generally running the franchise like a circus.

I agree about the OL, even more reason to have a quicker QB in there. My thinking on Danny boy is hopefully Fedex field will not sell out forcing a black-out on TV. That may send a message. Danny sells the team or better yet allows the team to go public, owned by the public like Green Bay. Or he moves the team, but, like the Cleveland Browns is not allowed to take the name.

I would love any of those scenarios, but let's face it, Danny Boy ain't gonna sell.

No, he wont sell. Little Danny boy will inherit the team long after I'm gone.

OH man!! I wish Danny Boy would sell the team but he won't! He's a money sucking SOB and he's making lots of money with the 'Skins, it wouldn't make business sense to sell the team. I am now convinced that as long as he's the owner and as long as he refuses to hire a true GM, the 'Skins will never win big! I'm just glad that I have all of those childhood memories growing up in that area from Joe Gibbs' first era. I'll especially never forget 1990-1993 seasons. I don't think we'll have any seasons like those as long as this jacka$$ is the owner. Now, watch him give away a bunch of draft picks for another set of washed up overpaid players!! I wonder if he'll bring back Deon!!!

I was watching Jason Taylor on several plays yesterday. On many of those plays he was either stopped at the line of scrimmage or pushed back. He looks to be a bust. I believe we gave Miami draft picks for this guy.

OH dude, Danny boy has been doing insane trades like that since he bought the team. I'll never forget 1999 when he brought in a bunch of overpaid clowns like Deon and company! Just wait, he'll do the same thing after this year, mark my word!! He'll give away all of our draft picks for a bunch of washed up overpaid players.

Danny traded a 2nd and 6th round for Talor. Not good at all.
