I lived in the DC area for 31 years, loved watching the Redskins, loved the Sonny vs Billy days, love the hogs, loved all those wars against the Cowboys, love "the bandwagon bus" and the hogettes and all the rest, but wow, shut out by the Ravens. I know it's only preseason, but I'm hoping the 'skins are NOT gonna have a season more befitting of the Nationals....

Will always follow him as he played for Nevada in College (who I support).
From what I've heard he's held his own in camp, hasn't backed down from a challenge.
Really am starting to like the Redskins (obviously will always follow Denver) but since Mitchell is there and Colt Breenan (like that kid too) I really into the Redskins, just like the look of their team overall.

Sounding like he has a really good chance to make the roster. Its sounding more and more like Moss, Kelly at #2, El at slot, and Thomas and Mitchell at #4 & #5. Based on what Ive heard and read, I wouldnt be surprised if Mitchell sees some playing time
I think the Redskins have a talented team, and I think Jim Zorn is a bright, up and coming coach. However, in the brutal NFC East, that might not bear fruit this season.

Matty, lets hope that Nevada kicks nd's ass next week! It might be wishful thinking, but you never know!!!!!!!!!
Listening to the game now, 24-24, sounds like a great game!
