Great game. I was truly worried about this game, like I was vs the Packers. But we whooped them both. This is great...Cowboys are my most hated NFL team, then the Patriots...
I'm glad the Panthers won, and with all of America watching. Even at 10-0, they felt they had something to prove tonight because Vegas was picking the Cowboys. They are continuously underestimated and I think they are a really fun team to watch. I don't have a horse in the race because my team is an AFC team, but the up-and-coming Panthers have put on some great shows this year and I like that they continue to surpass expectations.

I find the Cowboys fan base to be absolutely insufferable from my experiences with them here in DC. They seem especially unrealistic about the level of competition their team is. The Patriots are always going to be a Panthers enemy for SB 38.

Janet Jackson overshadowed that Superbowl. Boring Superbowl until 4th quarter.

Are you kidding?? That was probably one of the most exciting Super Bowls ever played. Close game, big plays.
As for hated teams, even with the 03 Superbowl, I can't hate the Patriots and I don't care about the Cowboys. Most hated teams for me would be Falcons and Saints. Don't really hate the Bucs as much as they haven't been a force in years (although I'm sure if Winston turns the team around I'll hate them again too). Also hate the 49ers from our years in the West when they were our main rival.
On the remaining schedule it looks like @NYG and @Saints are the most dangerous games. Get past those two and the Panthers should be able to win out unless Rivera decides to rest the players against Tampa bay.
I love how this thread has really picked up now that the bandwagon fans are out in full force!
Where were all these fans during our 3-8-1 stretch last season? Or the 1-15 season a few years ago?
Welcome to the majority of "fandom" skeeter....this time last year, they were calling for Riveras head on a platter. Today, those same fans are calling him a great coach. It's like he suddenly got smarter in the course of a year

The same place we have always been. We wear our logos, we go the the occasional game when we have the time and money and we tell people "maybe next year" when our favorite team is in the dumps.
When your team is winning, you are loud and proud and most of us are not sanctimonious about it.
