Green Bay Packers.

My friend and I was thinking about this years Eagles and how weird this season is. Just Imagine if the Birds make it to the Super Bowl and Win.

1. Vick gets the starting QB position after being held for 2 years in Leavenworth prison and becomes argubaly the MVP of the League.

2. Eagles Traded Mcnabb to Washington. (1-1 in the regular season) Mcnabb gets benched and his team failed to make the playoffs.

3. Super Bowl in Dallas,Texas and their team failed to make the playoffs.

4. Eagles swept the Giants and totally humilated them on National TV. (Miracle in the Meadowlands II) Also they failed to make it to the playoffs.

The Amazing thing about all of this is the Eagles could possibly lift up the Lombardi Trophy in Big D. Unbelievable!!!!

What would also be funny is if they lose and finish the season not winning another game after the Miracle of the Meadowlands 2

It still wouldn't matter - that game is/will be permanently burned into the memories of Eagles and Giants fans alike. Does anyone remember or even care what happened to Eagles after the first Miracle?

If they lose to the packers then you can burn that miracle of the meadowlands 2 because it will no longer mean anything. Why would it if they never won another game after the miracle?

It resulted in a loss in the wildcard game to the Falcons 14-13. So to the eagles fans who were around at the time, that first Mirace probably wasn't a big deal because they lost in the playoffs. But as time went on it became historic just like what will happen this year. 20 years from now it will be a huge deal but not after a loss to the packers on sunday night. No if they were to win it all then you could put that game in a frame forever but we know that's not happening.

Unless they win the SB that game will be erased forever, it really won't matter to us. Same as when the Sox came back from 3-0 to the Yankees and won the WS, now I remember that like it was yesterday. If Boston loses the WS, its a mute point what they did to us...Life goes on.

This is true, the only ones that continue to hash this nonsense are fanatics and those that have never won a SB,

A NFC East Title without a SB Ring means nothing. Andy Reid has won enough Division titles
