The Eagles defensive deficiencies will never go away until they get 1. another shutdown corner (Asomugha?) and 2. a stud DT or two.

Why nobody mentions the lack of defensive tackles I will never know.

I am disappointed that Kolb did not get a real shot at the starting QB. I actually think he fits the offense better than Vick. The Eagles saw something when they drafted him - but the new shinier, faster model has everyone's attention now. I know what he can do after watching him firsthand for four years.

He will do well wherever he lands

Me too....and I think the decision to stick with Vick and dump Kolb will come back to bite Fat Andy in the arse. And I'll bet that Vick's next season will resemble his mediocre years in Atlanta. And now that Vick is deemed a success and rehabilitated and "redeemed," once his handlers back off and let him off the leash (pun intended), I think he'll be in trouble with the law once again....probably not dogfighting, but some kind of jackassery.

From a football standpoint, Fat Andy would be smart to make Kolb the starting QB and have Vick returning punts.

As am I. I wish him well wherever he lands.

I want to see Kolb traded and see him next season make it to the pro bowl. I still want the eagles to do well but because of Lesean.

I don't hate Vick I would rather have kolb start for the Eagles

I just saw they hired Juan Castillo, the offensive line coach,as their defensine coordinator. He has not coached any defense since a High School team over 20 years ago. They really can't be serious with this move.
