Vick's crash and burn is underway. Hopefully they figure that out before they sign him to an extension. They should have traded him last year while his stock was high. Can't play the Lions and Jags every week. Better hope Kafka pans out.
I think we play the entirety of the NFC West this year. So don't count us out yet.

Vick had one bad game in the preseason ok. If it was the regular season Vick would have ran on quite a few broken down plays and that int to polamalu would not have happened.

One bad preseason game and OMG the Eagles NEED TO GET RID OF HIM. Load of crap

Agreed.

However, I don't think it's possible for him to play anywhere near the level that he did last season. Are people really expecting him to? Time will tell though. It think the INTs will be much more prevalent this year. They started coming toward the end of the season last year after practically none for the majority of the season.

This depends on their pass-run ratio. I call the Eages the "anti-Redskins." Whereas the Redskins will run all three downs on a possession, Andy will easily call three consecutive passing plays during one possession.

Vick's INTs went up towards the end of the season last year because defenses knew we were going to pass. They'd just send corners on blitzes because Vick was in the shotgun most of the time. The more they mix in the run, the more effective the O will be. But if they continue to run 90% of their plays out of the shotgun formation, defenses are just going to keep sending corners on the blitz until one of them breaks his ribs.

He is good no doubt, but not always being aware of the opponents location could come back to haunt him. He needs those "eyes in the back of his head" great QB's talk about (frequently)!
