Its really a combination of things..

-Indy is winning the battle of the line of scrimmage..they are making Peyton uncomfortable in the pocket, especially Mathis. The tackling from Indy has been superb..
-Luck as I said has converted 4 Red Zone situations to touchdowns...NOT field goals...Touchdowns...those are huge.
-Denver lost its cool w/some bonehead penalties...

Things like this were bound to happen...but, still 1 quarter left and Indy's secondary is very banged up...will they hold on?

I'm just glad the hoopla and the nuttyness talk about records and such will die down now if the score holds....that pace was never going to continue....

Default Yikes!

At the ripe old age of 63 I'd dearly like to make 64 , don't know if that will happen if I keep watching this guy come back.

Two touchdowns in 2 minutes, are you kidding me??

reminds me of the game against the Cowboys. these type of games are not good for the ol' blood pressure.

That may be the worst penalty I have ever seen someone take. What the hell was he thinking?

Lost count of how many times Denver shot themselves in the foot in the 2nd half. Really frustrating to watch. They could've easily won that game....

Denver beat themselves with penalties and key mistakes. It was a good game though.

Denver played poorly against a good team and still had a good shot at winning until the fumble on the 2 in the closing minutes. At 6-1 they're still ahead of what I'd predicted, and I predicted they'd win the West. Nothing much has changed in the grand scheme.

Broncos opponents so far, have a combined record of 9-16. (mod cut). And the combined rankings for the defenses they've faced, so far is 26th.......

Colts are 6 in the power rankings..........

Giants 0-6
Raiders 2-4
Jags 0-6
Eagles 3-3
Cowboys 3-3

(mod edit-sentence deleted)

Those numbers are a strong argument for that........and it looks like I was right!! Those star wars numbers didn't happen under a good defense!! Mathis is a beast!!

KC Chiefs are a mirror image of the Broncos.
