Jags and Raiders seem to be everyones darling team this year to make a jump. Carr was decent last year. Actually really good in the first half of the season. But he had a minnie meltdown in the second half of the season. I believe he was something like 19-4 TD to INT ration through the first 8 games. And then last 8 games he was 13-9. His first half of the season was completely off from his second half.

Or the whole "According to unnamed sources close to the Broncos who cannot be named because they are not authorized to speak publicly on the subject..." spiel

AKA "I'm completely making this entire story up."

^^ LOL! Exactly.

I'm honestly a little worried about what they're building out there in Oakland (Or is it Las Vegas?)

Actually I love it. It just makes it more satisfying when the Broncos defy the doubters. Or...if the doubters are proven right I then I guess they were right! (It may take a second to let that one sink in! )

Have the predictions of the "experts" ever been better than saying that good teams tend to win and vice-versa?

This was linked on a Broncos forum I frequent:

Top 10 Reasons The Panthers Are The Best Team In The History Of The NFL - Charlotte Stories

I LOVE this kind of stuff. I wish I had noticed it before that defense stomped the ever-loving daylights out of the Panthers but in hindsight this sort of thing still has some appeal. It's amusing. Enjoy!

I don't usually gloat, but I was going back through this thread, and ran across this post from early in the season.

http://www.city-data.com/forum/41776021-post5648.html

All season long we listened to the "pundits" tell us how the Broncos were not going anywhere this season.
I want to wave this in the face of every one if them.

There's chatter on the interwebs that Talib may have pulled a Plaxico Burress and accidentally shot himself. If that's the case he's looking at serious jail time if he's charged and convicted.
