I am watching local tv sports and this is just in. Brandon Marshall has been found not guilty of misdemeanor battery. The jury deliberated on this for over an hour, and voted not guilty.

Will comment on the preseason game with the 49ers later tonight, it has an 8 p.m. start (MDT).

Looks to me like the Bears got better just getting rid of Orton.

What now, Josh?

Flashforward to Bosco55David; Yeah, just the preseason. But what about his almost 4th interception? What did you think about that one?

I wouldn't worry too much yet. This is a very complicated offense, and last season the Patriot fans wanted Cassel cut outright after his preseason performance.

I'm watching the live feed online and with the exception of the 3 picks (yeah yeah, I know) he's looking great. The 1st pick was a great defensive play, 2nd was a dumb pass and the 3rd he had Gaffney wide open but didn't get enough air under the pass.

On the flip side, our defense is looking real good.

No qualms about the D. The td wasn't much of a drive. I'm sure liking me some Peyton Hillis. 12 minutes left in the third! I did kind of like what little I saw of Moreno.

Update-9:45pm. Good drive by the Broncos. Putzier caught the td pass. Glad to see him back-should have never left!

I'm hearing them say that Griese is back in Denver and Orton and him were buds so they say he may consult with Griese. Reggie asks, "What will Griese tell him after tonight performance?"

McGowdog suggests Griese will say this,

Yeah Hillis looked great. What's up with Moreno? Is he hurt? Ankle? 1st Preseason game? Happened during an interception? Isn't that what happened to Terrel Davis to start the end of his career?

I put that injury on Orton. He threw the interception that also caused Moreno to hurt himself making up for Orton's mistake.

Oh, but it's just a preseason game, so injuries don't count.... right....?

I hate Josh McDork. Go Bears.

I talked to my brother in law from Larkspur this morning, and it sounds like an MRI is gonna tell what's going on with Moreno, from what KOA is reporting. Let's hope for the best-PLEASE! Every time I think of all the backs going out for the count last season I take 2 ibuprofen and an hour nap. We don't need no stinking injuries!

It's a sprained MCL, severity unknown. Worst case scenario he might miss the preseason and maybe the opener.

It didn't happen on the pick. I saw him get up after a run and you could see he was limping a bit when he went back to the huddle. Had it been a pick he would have been going to the sideline obviously.
