That's the way to do it-suspend him. He can sit the whole season for all I care.

And the Broncos are in a no win deal with this guy. There is not one club out there who will give the Broncos fair compensation. Why would they? The clubs feel he could be picked up cheap and the Broncos aren't just going to hand him over for a low round future pick.

Marshall is the one with the poor track record with the Commish. He screws up one more time and its a very sizable suspension. The clubs know this too!

Yeah, and he don't make enough money to be able to afford a suspension. He's in an even worse situation than the Broncos are.

Right! I saw this comin'.

Now the nation is talking about it.

I hear that the longer he sits on the bench, the lower his value gets... from a trade prospective. He's a punk. Throwing the ball down. Trade him to the Baltimore Ravens and see if he does that in their practices.

I don't think it's a big deal. I think everything about the Brandon Marshall v. Denver Broncos thing is all about posturing. Would his agent rather get a cut from the contract he has now or an 18m contract. What we're seeing now is just both sides have taken it to the extreme. Everybody wants to get paid, nobody wants to pay anybody. I think by the time the season is going there won't be a problem with team cohesion or management v. Marshall. However, the problem I worry about is next year, when all this posturing for a higher paycheck means he probably wont be with this team for too longer, which is a shame because he's a good player and not a bad person, gets influenced into going to extremes periodically. Teams renegotiate players contracts down all the time, when it comes to increasing it, for the most part, the media gets turned against that player.

The ball right now is in Brandon's court. The Broncos have all the leverage. With the CBA about to expire anyone with under 6 years of experience would be a restricted free agent. The Broncos are not going to give him a long term deal unless he shows that he is committed and willing to give 100% while staying out of trouble, and they won't trade him because no one was willing to give up fair compensation even before this latest episode.

Really, it's all up to Brandon. He can either grow up, be a professional and we'll all move on from this latest episode or he can continue being a disruption and ruin his chances for ever getting a long term, big money contract and possibly putting his career on the fast track to failure.

I don't think there will be a problem at all. I worry more about the rest of the team getting the schemes and the playbook down so they can start executing better than they are now.

Cutler said he was expecting a mixed reaction. He got a fully negative reaction!!!!!!!!!! The camera was shaking with boos when he came on for his first drive.
