So, "The Little Sisters of the Poor" are on the schedule this year?

Well crap, while we're at it, lets all guess what college team could beat this Bears squad.
My guess is: All of them.

(Signing off for the rest of the season, thank god for hockey)

Ok maybe they will beat the Jags; they're a dumpster fire too. There's going to be some awful football played in that game.

I'm really surprised a John Fox team has been playing this poorly. I mean, he's not an elite head coach, but he has a very solid resume as an NFL head coach. Then again, I see Jay Cutler still hanging in there in Chicago and it makes me wonder if it's more the front office than the coach?

Yeah I think they just lack talent across the board. They used to have enough talent that even with Cutler they could get 7 sometimes even 9 or 10 wins. Too many holes in the roster now though.

Bears epitomize the "Even a bind squirrel..." idiom as they are a sub-500 team since the merger and rank in the bottom half in win pctg., playoff appearances, division and conference titles...8 wins is a good year for them. They really haven't had that many standout HOF-type players since color TV came to be.

A little harsh as they played the Packers for the NFC Championship after the 2010 season, and the game wasn't a blowout. They won the division that year, Packers were the 6th seed. Of course, it has been up and down seasons ever since.

not at all harsh considering they are 37 - 46 since 2010 and have had just 13 ten-win seasons in the past 52 years
