When Rodgers threw for 450 with 3 tds you'd think we'd have a big win... Why they kept letting Crosby kick instead of going for it is beyond me. Unfortunately he has bad games gets pshyched out, and is terrible that game.
Packs a terrible rtp call and some missed field goals from being 4-1 right now.

Yeah, that ignores his red-zone fumbles etc. You just can't play the "what if" game unless you want to throw in the bears dropping the game ending interception a few weeks ago making them 3-2 etc. etc. etc. Sorry but no wormholes allowed.
This is clearly not a Packer team that is as in years past is dominant and Rodgers, perhaps the best QB of all-time (or close enough) is erratic.
This may change, but for now the bottom line is the Lions just beat you.
I think the Packers are turning into the Saints (2011-2016). A great QB, tough team at home, but bad everywhere else (team & location wise) making them mediocre overall.
Edit: Also this.

However, their great QB is making some dumb mistakes like he is trying too hard to be a super hero, save the team and all.
The defense is coming along, I wouldn't call them mediocre, Packers shot themselves in the foot yesterday. Yes, Lions won but the stat line would tell you otherwise. I'm not a stat person but Packers should have won the game.
I know I'm a rah rah Packers type, overly optimistic but I don't think they are a terrible team.
You're right. Packers also have the potential to come out any given week & suddenly look like a deep playoff team. They can turn it around on a dime which always makes it interesting. I admit to being a bad fan & not even watching the entire game yesterday. I had to get stuff done before the mighty Brewers game!
You're not a bad fan, not at all! I'm an overly optimistic type, I am always on the up side of everything, comes with my age, overall personality! I think Tom is going to be on Wilde and Tausch today, I'll have to listen!

^^100% agree with this. I wouldn't even go so far as to call them a bad team. They're just erratic at the moment and have often looked like a completely different team from one half to another.
MN won, Detroit won, Bears have a tough Miami team to play next week so we could easily have an extremely knotted division fight on our hands soon.

Which I like! I'm not like some other fans, hating on the teams in the division, can't do it. I would prefer all 4 teams in the division be good, make it a 4 horse race. Patriots do well every year, but having poor teams in their division has helped them along the way. Competition makes it more interesting to me.
