interesting I saw on the news today 9er fans are selling not only their season tickets, but trying to sell their seat licenses. 49ers are worried that fans who cannot sell the license will default on their payments which are tied to the cost of Levi's. Who then is responsible ? Also Jed is more concerned about the bottom line.. making more money. In 2012 the 9ers worth was 1.2 B. Today including the stadium build, 2.7B. Doubled. The Yorks priority is to protect and manage wealth....football is a secondary consideration.
Here's the thing if fans are dumping season tickets over the first 4 games of what will be a bad season they weren't true fans to start with. Of course they could just be doing it to hurt the Yorks.

Those fans who bought those seat licenses were under the impression they were going to be seeing a perennial contender. Instead, once Jed got his precious stadium built, he ran the most successful coach since the Walsh/Seifert era out of town, replacing him and his staff with a yes man, a talk show host, and a bunch of cheap retreads nobody else wants.
Jed doesn't care about winning, he just cares about the bottom line, he broke whatever trust he had with 49er fans ..so don't blame them for selling their tickets, blame Jed.

This is an accurate post and spot on. Jed graduated notre dame with a degree in finance his parents are the owners of the niners who appointed Jed CEO. The Yorks don't have the passion Eddie D DeBartolo did as former owner, that's why this org. is going to struggle to compete in the league. It will take several seasons of drafting high picks due to poor performance and another coach like Harbaugh to come along before they win another division title. Your only as good as you surround your self with professionally.
Tough loss. I thought it was a much better showing for the offense. They opened it up a bit, which they must do. Pass defense failed them tonight. Exciting game though. Vernon Davis out again. I think his better days with the Niners are a things of the past.
Ravens next. They're having problems too, and are desperate for a win. Seahawks after that. Tough schedule.
Yes it was very tough loss. Every time when I sense a win, I start mapping division standings and upcoming wins...yeah they are making the playoffs...go Niners! So, after the Niners last minute touchdown, I did just that again but then the defense simply fell apart. This is going to be a long painful season.
Anybody think the Niners have a chance to upset the Hawks?
The Hawks are looking less than their usual dominating selves. Richard Sherman seems to be getting burned quite often. He seems confused, and may have lost his claim as a "shutdown CB". I thought it wasn't impossible to fool him in coverage, but against Carolina, Cam Newton fooled him, and he missed coverage twice and gave up a TD. The "legion of boom" is no more, it appears.
If the Niners play the type of D they played against the Packers, and open up the offense for the entire four quarters, they may have a shot to take this one. This was something I never thought possible a few weeks ago.

If we do it will be because they are doing poorly not because we are doing well. Just like the last game, we looked good because they were bad.
