Packer fan checking in. Very happy for the city of New Orleans. Long struggling club finally gets it done. Good for you guys! Way to go NFC!

Wait a minute: you guys in NO are partying like crazy for the Superbowl win and next week you start Mardi Gras? Looks like companies like Tums and Tylenol are going to make a killing over there in the next days....LOL
As said in a past post, enjoy! I can't think of another city who deserved some joy more than New Orleans, which is probably why most of Americans (out side of Indy, obviously) were happy to see the Saints...marching on to the Superbowl.

Mardi Gras has been going on for weeks. It ends next week on the last day which is Fat Tuesday.

Cut and pasted from elsewhere, so I can't take credit . . .

Growing up in New Orleans Peyton Manning used to dream about
throwing the winning touchdown for the Saints in the Super Bowl.
And on Sunday he did

BY THE WAY, DREW BREES BEAT 5 QB’S THAT ARE FUTURE HALL OF FAMERS THIS SEASON.
NOT BAD FOR A GUY WHO IS TOO SMALL WITH A BAD SHOULDER.

Careful Speed, last person who asked that question got fired. Sounds like upcoming legal action to see if the Saints are allowed to fire this whistle-blower. Evidently Coach Payton to be implicated as well. Probably will use the ol' "bitter-employee" defense.

New Orleans Saints accused of cover-up of stolen painkillers; Coach Sean Payton implicated in suit

Saints wont even make the playoffs this year.....
Drew Brees will succumb to the "Madden curse" and get hurt by week 4
Sharper will be hurt by week 8, and the secondary will go down hill from there
And Sean Payton will be indicted by a grand jury by week 10.....

FALCONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
