Worked up? Hardly. Lewis plead guilty to obstruction and his other crony was the fall-guy. Think Lewis didn't pay him a handsome amount to cover his own behind? If you think no, then I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you - cheap. I have nothing against the Ravens, I just loathe Lewis and his stupid antics.

If you bothered to read any of my posts on how I hate Ryan's yapping and all this cocky bravado, you'd understand I have a low tolerance for this nonsense - until a team proves itself, they have not a single reason to talk. Also, take a moment and go back through this thread. I have said Cromartie is a scumbag from the beginning.

I don't go into every other thread to throw in my two cents unlike some on this board. Now, if you want to talk Jets, great. If you don't, ta-ta.

In general, Jet fans have to like the direction in which you are going.

I like the confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm displayed----yet knowing there is a line that can be crossed into the world of arrogance must be considered. Cockiness and bravado is fine to the extent that a team must be very certain that the boasting can be translated into real success-----can the Jets be sure that they are upper echelon this year??

I still have some questions about their offensive abilities------Sanchez must prove that he is a game changer and he hasnt done that yet. Can the Jets running game step up now that Jones is gone and that some measure of success must be delivered by Tomlinson---confident???

On the surface some nice names at wide receiver---Edwards and Holmes-----are all Jet fans positive that they can deliver consistency and not just part time flashes of brilliance---also confident these two dont run afoul of the NY constables??

Defensively Pace gets hurt a lot---Revis hasnt had any reps or training camp---Cromartie better remember the defensive scheme more accurately than the names of his 77 kids----Jason Taylor still have some juice left in the Motor???

All teams have loads of variables-----the Jets definitely included----as Lee Corso would say before writing the Jets deep into the postseason----not so fast my friend.

Never thought I would say this, but I don't find the Jets very offensive at all!

They deserved to lose this game. 100 yards in penalties at the half? Pitiful.

Brian Shottenheimer's play calling sucked. He didn't take advantage of the Raven's weak secondary, which is missing Ed Reed. The Jets should've thrown the ball down field, like the Ravens were picking on Kyle Wilson. Running game also sucked.
