From the 50's and 60's- Larry Wilson of the St. Louis Cardinals, Brady Keys of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Johnny Sample of the Colts/Jets/Steelers/Redskins, and Dick "Night Train" Lane of the Detroit Lions and the Cardinals as well.

70's to current- Steve Atwater and Dennis Smith of the Denver Broncos, Ronnie Lott of the 49ers/Jets/Raiders, Jack Tatum and George Atkinson of the Oakland Raiders, John Lynch of Tampa Bay and Denver, Mel Blount of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the aforementioned players in the previous posts.

His name escapes me. He played safety for the Eagles in the 80's. Unfortunately he took his own life in recent years. He had a rep. as a cheap shot, but he was vicious.
