I would say thats a good bet. Favre threw 22 int's last year which lead the NFL , another year older and not so much power in his gun for an arm. I could see him leading the NFL in picks again.

I heard he threw 10 passes and his arm hurt after that. Even if his bicep requires minor surgery he will be 40 and after last year he just seems to be breaking down. Retire, cut the grass, fish, golf just stop making yourself look like a moron by saying your retired but acting like your coming back.
