They are airing all the "America's Game, Superbowl" from the beginning to the end. Who will be in the house on a SATURDAY to watch a marathon like this on the 4th of July? Damm they should have aired this next Saturday.
It's still a lot of them I have not seen. Stupid Programming decisions

I think there is a factor at play here TV guy. With the camps starting to crank up in three weeks, IMHO the NFL related business has been kind of slow. A three day weekend meant everyone from Rich Eisen to the switchboard receptionist gets a three day weekend. Sounds like a good plan, BUT......
Along comes a story as big as anything has come down the pike in a long time, the Steve McNair situation. I hit FOX, CNN, etc. as they had the info first. And sadly, the NFL network, could only show it on the crawl space and and at the hour and half hour with small reports by whoever was staffed on the program. Finally after 3 hours, there were phone interviews with Jamie Dukes, then Eddie George.
To be sure, come early tomorrow morning the NFL channel will have their ducks in a row on the McNair ordeal, as it sounds like the McNair situation will get a lot of air time for a while.
Quick note: The America's Game series that Steve Sabol and the guys should get an Emmy when the TV awards come out. It should get it for best documentary series. America's Game is a heck of a project. I might start a thread on it come fall or so!
In case you havent noticed with the country being in such bad financial shape more people will be staying home these holidays. Maybe instead of going to the lake or beach they are BBQ'ing at home. This gives those folks something to watch also.

Good point. The economy is beyond bad; i've been through recessions but our economy now is REAL shaky. The point I was making though was just that all the NFL channel broadcasters seemed to be off for the weekend. Beause starting in 2 weeks that channel will have a full workload and a half!
