Gonna be honest..I really stopped caring now. NOBODY said what Vick did wasn't horrible. At the time it sickened me (And I have as much love for dogs as a severe case of the runs) but I was appalled that someone could do that to a living creature and was very glad to see him go to jail.

That said , he was in jail LONGER than most go for the same crime. He was made an example. He can do more good now by speaking out against dog fighting as he is doing. Let it be for godsakes.

I don't think you're getting it. Vick lovers want everybody to just forget what happened because he's playing well and they want to act like we should all just forget he is an exconvict. You say he got punished way to harsh for multiple felonies he was found guilty of. I say he should be treated just like any exconvict that gets out of prison. If you feel good about trusting exconvicts thats your choice, but I choose to not trust them.

Dogs are what they are. We are what we are. We were made to rule over other species. We are able to spell words - dogs can't. It is just the way it is.

There are NFL players who have killed people via DUI. Vick was treated to a harder judgment that them - and yes, people are more valuable than dogs - and until a dog can tell me why they are more valuable than us, I will retain my opinion.

Don't let Vick steal your joy. Forget about it. Life live - it's short enough as it is.
