Default The Pirate Ship: Buccaneer Thread

This to give all 32 teams their own thread. So most people think Tampa Bay is going to have a horrible season, what say you?

I pay pretty close attention to the Bucs even though I'm not a fan. I do think they're in for a very rough season but much like my Broncos, they have a potentially excellent young head coach who is going to have this team on a path to great things in the next few years.

I moved away from the bay area a few years ago so I haven't been able to keep up the daily news of the Bucs, and hardly see any of thier games up in Lions country, but who knows maybe they could get a 8-8 or 9-7 and sneak in the playoffs.

I caught some of the Bucs-Fins game on tv the other day and it seems the recievers just weren't getting open. I'd like to see them have a bad season if it would help them to snatch Tebow when he comes out. The Bucs have been known to sign a lot of former Gators.

Morris is looking better as a head coach this year - 2009 was somewhat of a fiasco with the coordinators last season. Freeman seems to be coming along as well. Good 2-0 start, but the Steeler's game looked pretty bad - defense showed its vulnerabilities. I prediced a 2-14 season before the season started. Don't think they'll win much more this season. Will be at RJS for every home game cheering them on. Building a future championship team today.

Go Bucs.
