I think Phillips has sealed the starting RB position on the All-Time Bust team. It shouldnt be open for debate anymore. His only discussion now should be where he ranks all time among all busts....

No way, Leinart was at least in the league for like 6 years. My all time bust at QB isn't even Ryan Leaf, it's JaMarcus Russell. I may agree with you at RB.
