Inspired by the all-time bust thread, I've decided to make an all-time draft steal team. To avoid arguing that so and so was a steal at 20th overall, etc, the rule is he has to have been taken in the 4th round or later.
Kurt Warner QB - undrafted/Northern Iowa
Karl Mecklenberg LB - 12th round/Minnesota
I know this is not a 4th or lower - but the Cowboys drafting Roger Staubach in the 1st round in 1964 knowing he had to fulfill his 5-year Naval service obligation was quite a gamble back then.
Okay, here's my all-time steal team
QB - Tom Brady
RB - Terrell Davis
RB - Bo Jackson
WR - Steve Largent
WR - Andre Reed
TE - Shannon Sharpe
T - Jim Lachey
T - Mark Tasucher
G - Larry Little
G - Nate Newton
C - Mike Webster
DE - Reggie White
DE - Deacon Jones
