The vikings don't look "good". They limped into the playoffs with losses to some marginal or worse teams and wins over struggling teams.

They looked "good" 2 months ago before injuries to their O-line and Defense.

With that said, the team is dangerous but schizophrenic and it's only 3 games.

So, it's possible but they are so erratic I just don't know what they are going to do against even Dallas.

I guess that's what makes it so interesting, Vikings are just this huge wildcard in my opinion and anything is possible.

Well if you notice the date on my post (11-25-09) that was before the 3 losses towards the end of the season. Who knows what will happen. I feel Brett can lead the team and hopefully Chilly lets him do so.

The same goes for their opponent - interesting indeed.

Ah, cool.

Well, certainly he would do a better job play calling. Favre's passing is MUCH better when they are packing the box against AP. (Not surprising)

He got away with A LOT in the 2nd half of the Bears game mainly because the Bears depleted secondary is really bad. If he tries forcing like that against a playoff calibre team....it's going to be problematic.

I just think that pounding with AP and then play action isolation makes the Vikes a huge threat and controls the clock while putting up points.

I'm really looking forward to the game, it should be fascinating.

AMEN! Indy is the only team looking solid at this time, but I can look around and see anybody left in the playoffs winning it all. Damn the NFL sure knows how to make things interesting.

Agree !

Any one of the teams winning wouldn't surprise me.

( a complete blow out in any of the games would )

Them's fightin words mister!

Seriously...they are going to have their hands full come Sunday. And they haven't done well on the road at all. But then...Favre has done well in the past in that stadium...so there's that. Just gonna have to wait and see what karma brings.
Win or lose...Favre seems to always have a smile when he steps to the line. I think he's just having fun being there. And he should be. No sense in having a job you can't enjoy or have a good time. But it's gonna take some serious focus by everyone on the team...not just Favre, to win this next one.

Well altho they loss the vikings certainly looked as good as any team in the playoffs. What a great game and Farve amazes still. They certainly put a whipping on my cowboys.
