Boy, if they were so interested in Peyton Manning's well being that they had to pull him in the 2nd half last week; then why is he starting in the SNOW today? I think someone had a little money on last weeks game!

Manning has a consecutive start streak they want to keep intact. Plus, Polian has always said that the Colts want to ensure the offensive gets just enough work to stay crisp.

It's now the second quarter, and it's officially the Curtis Painter show.

How are they staying crisp playing one quarter? They will still have a bye week so practicing should have been all that most of the offense participated in. You are either playing to win or your not,and is Peyton's individual game streak stats more important then an undefeated season? Peyton just as easily could have gone out with an injury today(especially in snow) compare to the second half of last weeks game.Face it,the fix is in.

Get real. The Colts are cognizant of individual milestones. Part of the reason Peyton was in there was to ensure Clark got to 100 receptions. He's only the second TE in history to do so.

Wow,and what does that mean? Nothing. Would you rather have a 100 reception TE or an undefeated season? Lets see if you can HONESTLY answer that,or do you have no integrity?

As a fan, I'd rather have another ring over any of those things.

Exactly, so lets say Clark gets his knee taken out or Peyton gets hit and his shoulder seperated going for these "individual milestones" how much different is it then leaving them in to have a perfect season?

People say NE fans sip the Belichick kool-aid....man Polian has you guys guzzling in Indy!

You so need to get over yourself. None of the Colts fans here are saying they agree with Polian 100%. All I'm doing is explaining the logic the Colts have followed for several seasons now, since it's obvious you haven't been paying attention.
