Right now on the NFL channel, for those of you who have it and have an interest in the AFL, they are televising parts one and two right now. Wished I would have known earlier, I would have posted this earlier. Anyhoo, parts one and two are televised now and I believe they will be repeated later tonight! The series, which originated on Showtime a few months ago is a 4 part series, one hour per part.

It is AWESOME!

They are repeating this later tonight. Next Thursday they will do parts 3 and 4.

Comments are welcome on this thread!

HBO had an hour show about the forming of the AFL. The NFL owners were morons to not embrace them earlier. It cost them millions.
I have Full Color on DVR haven't had time to look at it.

You are in for a treat when you do! Yea, the HBO one is good as well, it has a lot of different footage on it. It was only one hour, but was very informative.

They did and done a one minute seg on them. Frank Tripucka, the Broncos first quarterback talks about them. I done a sizable post on how that story all got started a few months ago, you'll get a kick out of it. I'll track it down and let ya know where it is on the Bronco thread!

Right now the Bronco thread is on page 2, about halfway down, but I'll add something to it this weekend. Posts 1034 and 1035, page 104. You'll LOVE it!
