This thread is dedicated to football stadiums that aren't around anymore, or are about to be demolished. Texas Stadium just made that list.

Schaefer/Sullivan Stadium - New England Patriots

Terrible Stadium....and the turf always seemed to claim the best players each year!

Cleveland Municipal Stadium. 1931-1995. Ahh yes, "The Mistake On The Lake." Nothing beat the spray painted grass, the old Dawg Pound, no hot water, the troughs in the mens room and the risk of sitting behind a pole. Good times... good times!!

I remember being at the last Browns game at that old stadium before Modell moved the team to Baltimore, and I took my seat with me.

The new Cleveland Browns Stadium is nice, but still doesn't quite have that party atmosphere, and 12th man presence that the Old Municipal Stadium had. Perhaps, now with Holmgren and Tom Heckert leading the way, happy days with our football team will be coming again soon.

Got any pictures of the Polo Grounds in NY,The Giants and Jets played there. When the Jets played there in the early 60s,It was an ungodly dump.

This place was pure magic. Loud. Energetic. History was made there. As a Broncos fan growing up 850 miles away, I relished my 11 visits to this old, immortal temple. This was the real "Rocky Mountain Thunder."
