I totally agree with you Pitt Chick! Wow a Browns fan and a Steelers fan actually agree on something LOL! Seriously, the true fans of any team that makes it to the Super Bowl will show up. Unfortunately the Super Bowl has become big business, and the average true fan, couldn't even afford nose bleed seats!!!! The SB should be rotated amongst ALL 32 NFL cities. Sure keep it neutral, but each NFL city should have the opportunity to host it!

I don't see what's so radical about letting the team with the better record host it.
It's not radical, it just isnt possible. You cant plan the Super Bowl in 2 weeks time. They plan that thing for years. The Super Bowl is a major revenue generating event for the city that host it. If you give a city two weeks, you take away their ability to prepare for the influx of fans, media, and other visitors and maximizing revenue.
That's the problem with the SB. It's some big corporatist event that really doesn't benefit either of the 2 cities playing or either franchise. It only benefits corporations and the city hosting the game. The overwhelming time the city hosting it is New Orleans, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tampa or some other fairweathered city that couldn't sell out a regular season game. Why should some NFL graveyard and corporations that have nothing to do with the game be the only beneficiaries? Screw all that planned out Hollywood crap. The team that earned the better record should reserve the right to host it.
So, are all the other playoff rounds unfair because the team with the better record hosts it?
The super bowl is one thing. Alot more press,etc... Do you expect all playoff games to be out of both markets? The only other way would be a best of 3 series with 2 games at home for the better seed; but you're comparing apples to oranges. The team that gets home field advantage is mostly because they were a higher seed because of a better regular season performance. If a better climate team makes it to the super bowl, they stand a better chance of being the home team considering colder weather cities haven't been hosting as of now. That means if Miami, Tampa,etc... make it to the super bowl, they stand a good chance of it being at their facility. How big of a chance is it that Pittsburgh would be hosting the super bowl at Hines Field?
