Indesit-WD125

Great product for immediate wash and wear. Have owned one for over 3 years and I couldn't have asked for more when I needed to use just washed clothes the same day. It has also been a saviour with a baby, don't have to wait for long hours to dry, don't have to spread out to dry and don't have to put on heater to dry, really simply take out of drum and fold into cupboard.

There are a few drying options and you can choose to; "dry to iron" where clothes come out damp, ready to iron, great for work shirts and bed sheets, "dry to fold away" where clothes really are dry to fold away and "dry like sun" a crisp dry. Usually use the dry to fold away option and apart from baby clothes it is great for kitchen towels, just throw them in at night and have them clean and ready to use in the morning. These options are drawn and not written as I have done but they are easy to understand or simply use the manual. Generally, there is a great choice of washing options just like any other washer dryers but it is straight forward and easy to master.

It dries alright but just as your regular laundrette, loading it completely will not give the same results so again apart from tiny clothes, it's better to wash all your clothes as normal then select two or three (two t-shirts, one jeans) from the lot to go through the drying cycle. There is also an anti crease option which doesn't work for all fabrics. Have found it good with 100% cotton and that is why baby clothes and kitchen towels go well otherwise you may be having to rewash or steam iron for long.

Other options include extra economy wash which is economical in terms of water usage and wash time and a half load option for fewer clothes which uses less water. I have the extra economy turned on permanently and a normal wash will be "daily wash", wash at 40, dry at 60.

There are newer ones in the same range but this model is an all round good washer dryer for much cheaper.
