Kitchen Aid Professional 600 stand mixer 4KP26M1XMR

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

The Kitchen Aid Professional 600 stand mixer is a heavy but durable machine. It certainly gets plenty of use in my home and looks great. It has a very attractive design to it. My favorite function of this machine is the soft start mixing option. There is nothing worse than trying to make a great cake from scratch and getting spatter with the unmixed batter as soon as you turn the machine on. The soft start option keeps splatter to a minimum therefore saving your clothes. The ten speeds allow you to choose the level for denser cakes or more fluffy versions of the same recipe. I find the longer and faster you beat a home made cake mix the lighter and fluffier it turns out. Pie crust is so simple and effortless in this mixer. It cuts through so easy and makes a perfect crumbly crust every time. It comes with a flat beater, a spiral hook for dough, and a wire whip. These attachments are very handy for different recipes. The six quart stainless steel mixing bowl has an easy grip handle and an easy to use, detachable wide chute pouring spout. This is the first mixer I have owned that comes with a bowl that has a handle. This is very convenient and easy to use machine.
The Kitchen Aid Professional 600 stand mixer is a must have in my opinion. I fully recommend this product. The heavy mechanics make it a strong and durable unit. Amongst many great features, it looks good, works great, and is easy to use. The easy pour large spout and easy grip handle helps minimize mess and makes clean up easy. The ten speeds help make a denser cake more fluffy and enjoyable.
