The Weber Genesis #-320 Gas Grill is a sharp looking black and stainless steel grill that costs around $700. It measures 47" high x 60" wide x 27" deep. Besides the basic grill, it has three stainless steel burners and an electronic crossover ignition system. The burners are handy for heating up sauces, cooking a side-dish or as a second place to keep cooked food warm. The grill has a warming rack that will hold several hotdogs or hamburgers. It also comes with two stainless steel work surfaces which are very useful. It's a good place to chop food or to keep a plate for the grilled meat.
The grill needs to be assembled. The instructions were easy to follow and the grill was assembled in less than an hour. It helps to have a second person read the instructions and hand you the parts, rather than trying to juggle everything on your own.
The enclosed tank storage area is easily accessible. Once the grill is turned on and heated, the main cooking area which is 507 square inches, will accommodate a full package of hotdogs and six hamburgers. The heat is evenly distributed. There isn't a need to move the inside items to the outer edge. If you wait for the grill to heat up, the actually grilling time takes just a few minutes. Cooking chicken on the old grill took close to a half hour, whereas with the Weber Genesis it takes less than twenty minutes. The grill comes with a Weber cookbook which has some really tasty recipes. The recipes are simple and quick, which is ideal for grilling.
The two heavy-duty front casters can be locked to prevent the grilling from moving. The back casters swivel which makes it easy to maneuver the grill from one place to another. One word of caution, little kids need to be told that the burners may be hot, especially the flush mount side burner.
The grill costs around $700 and is well worth it to have the attached burners and extra grilling space.
