We were lucky enough to move into a house that had this amazing refrigerator already installed. The Sub-Zero 632 Side-By-Side Refrigerator was actually one of the purchasing point when we first looked at this house, believe it or not. At nearly 19 cubic feet of storage, this monster is easily the biggest fridge I've ever owned.
The first thing you'll notice about this stainless Sub-Zero is its appearance. The first thing everyone says when they come into our kitchen is, "Wow, nice fridge!" It's quite impressive and really stands out. Inside, it's just as attractive. Because it's so big, there's plenty of room for just about everything. Four deep drawers for veggie storage and two wire drawers for cheeses and lunch meats (at least that's what we use them for) give you more room than you can imagine. You can also move around the shelves and rearrange them as you see fit. The freezer on the side is slightly smaller than the fridge section, but still way bigger than most. The controls are right up front, all digital, and very easy to use. There's even a buzzer that you can turn on to alert you when the door is left ajar for too long.
Though it doesn't detract from the perfect score, the only downside to the Sub-Zero that I can think of lays with the exterior. It sure looks great, but you have to use a special cleaner on it so you don't scratch it, and you can't affix magnets to it - they simply won't stick. The fridge is normally a handy place to post things, so you'll miss that aspect. And don't tape anything to the fridge, as you'll have a hard time getting the leftover tape and adhesive off without scratching the fridge. It's a minor complaint, really.
Overall, however, I think this is the perfect fridge and I'll probably always be a Sub-Zero owner after enjoying this appliance. 5 out of 5 stars.
