Eureka E!Power N!ergy 9 Tent

Rating: 4 out of 5
  • Currently 4.0/5.0

If you are new to camping in the digital age, or you just can't be unplugged even when outdoors, the Eureka E!Power N!ergy line of products was created for you! Eureka's N!ergy tents bring camping to a completely different level by adding power. With this tent, Eureka really brings camping into the 21st century.

The N!ergy 9 is another great tent from the Binghamton, New York based company. With this tent, Eureka continues their one hundred years of innovation and tent design. The Eureka E!Power N!ergy 9 is a great camping tent, even without it's special feature. What makes this tent stand out, is the power. This tent is pre-wired to bring power safely into the tent. There is a light and outlets to plug in a light, coffeepot, cell phone, radio, or anything else you can think of!

To bring power into your N!ergy 9 tent, you will need to get Eureka's optional E! Power Pak or E! Power 12 volt adapter cord. The E! Power Pak is a large rechargeable battery pack. The E! Power 12 volt adapter cord brings power from your vehicle, via the cigarette lighter socket.

The Eureka E!Power N!ergy 9 has a 9'x9' floor which can sleep three adults comfortably. The tent is light, weighing under sixteen pounds. The N!ergy 9 has only two poles making it simple to set up, but easier with a second set of hands to help.

There is enough window space on the walls to eliminate a closed in feeling maybe people get with smaller tents. The added powered light helps too. The center is high enough for most adults to stand up, it is about six feet from the floor. The tent also has a built in gear loft and a couple of small storage pockets to keep your keys or cellphone, etc from getting lost.

I have yet to find a Eureka tent that wasn't not great, and this one continues the trend. If you are looking to keep power while camping the Eureka E!Power N!ERGY 9 TENT is a great option. - Reviewed by ConchRaider
