The KitchenAid 12-Cup Food Processor KFP750 has been a lifesaver in my kitchen! I liked the idea that I was able to get it in chrome to match the rest of my appliances, but it is all around more powerful than I was expecting. I can cut, dice, slice, liquefy or grind anything that I want in seconds. My entire chicken enchilada recipe can fit in this food processor. The 700-watt motor is strong enough to take on almost anything that you want to throw in it. It is completely dishwasher safe, including the blades. When I purchased this food processor, I figured that it was going to be like any other run-of-the-mill food processor and it would work for awhile before it gave up. I chose this one because KitchenAid is a name brand that I trust.
I was very impressed with the assortment of pieces that came with this food processor. Not only did it come with the twelve cup bowl, but also a 4 cup bowl for smaller cooking endeavors as well as three different blades to slice, chop, and dice anything that I wanted to. The feed chute is large enough that I can put a whole one pound block of cheese through it without having to cut it into smaller pieces. For $179 I got my money's worth of product even if it stops working tomorrow. I love that with a push of a button, I can be processing my food anyway that I want to. Last week I made a whole batch of salsa in my food processor and it took me all of ten minutes. The blades come very sharp when you order them, be careful of this when you take it apart for the first time because you can easily cut yourself. The plastic case that came with the food processor to keep all the extra accouterments was a nice bonus. I give this a 5 star rating as it is simple to use and fast! I have yet to find something that I can't put in it.
