Weber Spirit E-210 Gas Grill
The Weber Spirit class model E-210 gas grill is a basic grill with all the features you really need at a good price. The retail price is $400 dollars, but may be found for less than this price. We purchased our Weber at Lowes about 2 years ago, and have been happy with this grill. One of the things we like is that our propane tanks are hidden below two cabinets with the lines going up to a switch area for easier starting. Our old gas grill had the propane tank exposed where dirt and insects could get on it while it was stored in the garage. The propane tank is not included in the purchase so you may need to get one where you purchase your grill. There is room underneath for two tanks so that the user can always have a spare one on hand.
The gas grill has two cooking racks or grills which are all we need for our family. The grill areas are large and the top grilling rack is used mainly to move almost or completely cooked food to stay warm or to finish the cooking time without over cooking. The grill racks are removable for easy cleaning and storage during the winter months.
There is also a place where you can hang your grilling tools making sure everything is in its place when you decide to roll out the grill. When you roll it out on the caster wheels, you can also lock it into place when can real handy, so that if someone happens to bump into it, the grill will not roll off. There are two stainless steel work areas where you put your platters or spices so they are handy.
Weber grills are a dependable quality product and the company states it puts all their grills through a strict testing so that each one heats up evenly assuring that the cooking area will adequately cook your food. The front of the grill has a built in thermostat that will help the grill master monitor the temperature of the burners, to make sure they are heating up to where they should be.
There are many different models of Weber grills but this is one of the least expensive and basic models. We are happy with our purchase and would look into buying another Weber once this one has been laid out to pasture.
